Welcome to Remote-Works
As a Remote-Works agent, you play a crucial role in helping candidates secure and manage remote work opportunities across multiple platforms. Your expertise in navigating platform requirements, passing assessments, and managing projects is what makes our candidates successful.
Your Mission
Serve candidates with the sole aim of getting project approvals on different platforms. Guide candidates step-by-step from project acquisition to handling project tasks and linking bank accounts for payment.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management
- •Apply for jobs on behalf of candidates across 10+ platforms
- •Take tests and pass exams required for project approval
- •Handle all project tasks from acquisition to completion
- •Update all projects from application to every step of the process on the project page
- •Schedule time in the project page when to use candidate's PC (state platform and reason)
Candidate Management
- •Initial Capacity: Work with maximum of 2 candidates
- •Growth: When both candidates have at least 4 projects each, you can take on more candidates (max of 4 total)
- •Always provide clear communication to candidates on all project information
- •Must provide clear information about projects being handled and answer relevant questions
- •If candidates ask questions about the company, redirect them to the support team
Communication Guidelines
- •Use only the message templates provided by the head of agents
- •Platform-Only: You are NOT allowed to communicate with candidates outside the platform
- •Report all incidents to HR (head of agents)
- •Professional Conduct: Never engage in abusive or disrespectful behavior. Remember: candidates are always right
Payment Structure
How You Get Paid
Option 1: Revenue Share (45% or 50%)
Earn 45-50% of each candidate's project earnings on an ongoing basis
Option 2: One-Time Fee ($50-$100 per project)
Receive a flat fee of $50-$100 for each candidate project you secure
Payment Process
- ✓ Payment issued after successful approval by candidate
- ✓ Paid to agent minus 20% service charge
- ✓ Processed through company payment system
Work Schedule & Availability
- Pick daily projects as provided by the head of agents
- Choose days and times you'll be available, then confirm with candidates
- Critical: Must be active at scheduled time or report/cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid penalties
Project Acquisition Rules
- 1.Work on provided projects: Only work on projects provided by the head of agents
- 2.Found a new project? Submit an approval request to the head of agents before proceeding
- 3.Platform expertise: Must have ability to apply and pass exams on 10+ platforms
Weekly Reporting Requirements
Agents must provide a weekly report of duties and activities to the head of agents covering:

Platform Report
- • Strategy updates
- • Results achieved
- • Improvement plans
Submit Your Weekly Report
Reports are due every week. Stay compliant and keep the team informed.
Full Operation Requirements
For agents providing professional services, the following requirements must be met:
Team Requirements
- ✓Have a team in place to handle each task or project after approval, OR immediately request support from the head of agents
- ✓Full availability: All team members must be operational and ready to work minimum hours per project (aim for maximum hours)
- ✓Quality assurance: Rate tasks accurately to avoid removal due to bad ratings
- ✓Compliance: Strictly comply with platform rules and terms of service
